JOIN USAfter a four-year courtship, top two IAS officers - Dr Bagadi Gautham and S Ashwathi - entered wedlock in traditional Kerala style on Valentine’s Day.
The officers, who are currently posted in Davangere, tied the knot at bride’s place, Kozhikode, in Kerala, in the presence of their parents, family members, friends and colleagues. The IAS couple looked stunning in traditional wear.
Bagadi Gautham, son of Krishnarao-Parvathi couple from Vizag in Andhra, is a 2009 batch IAS officer. He is currently posted as deputy commissioner in Davangere. His lady love Ashwathi is working as Davangere ZP CEO for the past two years after a brief stint in Udupi. Daughter of advocate Selvaraj and Commercial Taxes officer Pushpa, Ashwathi joined the service in 2013.
Bagadi Gautham joined Ashwathi in Davangere four months back after he was transferred from Raichur. However, they were seeing each other for the past four years. It was in Davangere, they decided to tie the knot.
According to sources, the couple has planned a party for their colleagues and friends after their return to Davangere.
