Addressing a news conference on Sunday at BJP office he said that tender was floated for repair, maintenance of street lights and maintaining cleanliness of the city.
About 4 agencies had bidded but instead of giving the tender to lowest bidder, the officials had rewritten the bid amount to give it to a specific agency. They said that DC must hold an inquiry into the issue and punish the officials found to be guilty.
