JOIN USSrinivaspur taluk has taken the first position in the district in the SSLC exams, with 88.27 per cent. Following in the second position is Kolar taluk with 87.29 per cent.
Bangarpet is last with 68.85 per cent, while Mulbagal has 86.96 per cent, Malur 84.67 per cent and KGF 84.01 per cent.
The overall pass percent of the district is 81.46.
Out of the 267 schools in Kolar district, 21,933 students answered the SSLC exams this year. Of them, 8920 boys and 9428 girls, totaling to 18,348 students have passed. Girls have once again surpassed boys in the results.
The pass percentage for girls is 84.87 as against 82.41 per cent for boys.

The KGF educational district has got 84 per cent in this year's SSLC exams, with government schools performing exceptionally well.
Out of the 3,115 students who answered the exam in the district, 2617 students have passed, with boys having 80.50 per cent and girls 87.32 per cent of results.
