Don’t close pleas without giving proper reason: CM

Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy has directed heads of all government departments to personally scrutinise every application he receives during his Janata Darshan events and not to close them without stating proper reason.

“Every application the chief minister receives is uploaded on the espandana.karnataka.gov.in portal, which department heads can access with their login IDs. The chief minister has directed that every application must be personally looked into, decided upon with file notings and processed in a time-bound manner. No application is to be closed without file notings stating the reason,” chief secretary K Ratna Prabha stated in a circular.
