Kannada film producers to stop work from Jan

 
The association took this decision in its general body meeting held here on Friday. The association is for paying rentals of cinema hall on a percentage basis.

The Association also constituted a core committee under the leadership of senior director S V Rajendrasingh Babu to sort out issues in this regard.

Basanth Kumar Patil is the convener of the committee. Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce has convened a meeting of distributors and producers on November 16 on this issue. The Kannada film industry is facing a tough time with many films suffering huge losses at the box office.
