3,000 people render songs in praise of Bahubali

Around 3,000 people of the Jain community participated in a mass singing programme, organised as part of Mahamastakabhisheka, here, on Thursday.

The participants gathered near Chikkadevaraja Wadiyar Kalyani and rendered songs in praise of Bahubali.

People from various parts of the state participated in the event and sang 'Bahubali Swami Jagakella Swami' and other songs, related to Gommateshwara. Kuber Chowgale troupe rendered the music.

Women were seen attired in red sarees and men in white dress. Seer Charukeerthi Bhattaraka Swami was present.
