M R Doreswamy appointed advisor to govt

Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa on Tuesday appointed noted educationist, former MLC and Chancellor of PES University Dr M R Doreswamy as an advisor to the state government on education reforms initiated by the government.

According to the letter forwarded by chief minister to chief secretary communicating about the appointment, Dr Doreswamy has been provided with Cabinet rank.
