Cattle shot dead

Miscreants have shot two cows to death, at Brook View Estate, near Kadagadalu, in the taluk, on Saturday night.

The cattle were grazing in the area. The reason for killing the cows is unknown.

A case has been registered at Madikeri rural police station, based on the complaint submitted by the estate manager. Police conducted a spot inspection.
