Debayana Bhaumik, a Class 9 student from the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Kodagu Vidyalaya, will take part in the Republic Day parade to be held in New Delhi.
She is be the only cadet to be selected from the 19 Karnataka junior battalion and will represent Karnataka and Goa division, stated a press release.
Debayana is the daughter of Debaraj Bhaumik and Sanchita Bhaumik.
