The flying squad personnel filed three complaints in connection with the use of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's photo, and slogans of "Modi again" and "We are with Modi" on cars without prior permission from the authorities concerned.
Cars with registration number KA18 N 8757, KA18P860 had used the slogan of "We are with Modi", while a car with registration number KA18N 3070 had used a slogan of "Modi again" with the photo of Modi.
Cases have been registered under RP Act of 1951 Section 127 (A) and IPC 171 (H).
