Moderate rainfall in Mangalore, Mysore

After sultry weather over the past few days, Mysore and Mangalore cities received moderate showers on Tuesday.

Mysore city received 21.5 mm rain while heavy rainfall was reported in T Narsipur in the  district, with 44.5 mm isolated rains.

Heavy showers were recorded at Shantigrama in Hassan taluk (40.5 mm) and Navilur in Kollegal taluk of  Chamarajanagar district received 42.5 mm rainfall.

Rain was sparse and isolated in Mandya district, with a maximum rainfall of 18 mm at Gowdahalli. Mangalore city also received light rainfall.

Mangalore city received 8.5 mm rain, Bantwal 8.7 mm, Puttur 3.0 mm, Belthangady 26.8 mm, Sullia 3.0 mm, Kadaba 26.1 mm and Moodbidri 17.2 mm. In Udupi, it only drizzled.
