Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and State Congress president G Parameshwara are likely to visit Delhi on May 26 to discuss with the high command about coming elections to the Rajya Sabha and the Karnataka Legislative Council.
Sources in the KPCC said the high command has asked the 2 leaders to bring a tentative list of candidates for the elections. Over a dozen aspirants are vying with each other to become the party candidates in the elections to Council from the Legislative Assembly. The party can easily win four seats. But it is not clear whether the leaders will discuss the long-pending reshuffle of the council of ministers with the high command.
