Won't give Mandya seat to Congress: Kumaraswamy

Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy said if Nikhil Kumaraswamy wishes to face forthcoming Lok Sabha polls from Mandya constituency, there is no question of changing the constituency.

Speaking to media persons at the helipad in Shivamogga city on Sunday, he said the part has been representing Mandya in Lok Sabha for the past many years.

"We have a strong rapport with people of the constituency. So the party would field its candidate from Mandya ."

When asked about Congress candidate from Mandya, he said the party would not give up Mandya seat to Congress under any circumstances.
