Vivo V70 FE with 200MP dual-camera launched in India

Vivo phone is guaranteed to get four years of Android updates and six years of security updates for protection against cyber threats up to 2032.

Vivo on Thursday (April 2) launched the new mid-range V70 FE series phone in India.

The V70E sports a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, offering up to 1900 nits peak brightness, and supporting HDR10+ content. It is protected by Diamond Shield Glass.

It also features an in-display optical fingerprint sensor, dual-SIM slots, stereo speakers and a Type-C USB port.

Inside, it houses a 4nm class MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo octa-core processor with Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, Android 16-based OriginOS 6, 8GB / 12GB LPDDR5 RAM with 128GB / 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, and a 7,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging.

It boasts of a dual-camera module-- a main 200MP main camera (with 1/1.4-inch Samsung HP9 sensor, f/1.88 aperture, OIS: Optical Image Stabilisation) + 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide camera, Aura LED flash light and can record 4K videos. On the front, it features a 50MP eye auto focus camera with an f/2.0 aperture.

It also comes with AI 30X SuperZoom with Telephoto Enhancement. There is also a portrait mode option with 85mm Close-Up Portrait, in addition to 23mm, 35mm, and 50mm focal lengths. It also comes with features like Super Motion Snapshot to help capture fast-moving moments with precision. With OIS and EIS, it can capture stable 4K videos.

It also features AI Photography Suite, which includes intelligent tools such as AI Magic Weather2, AI Magic Landscape2, AI Floral Blessing2, AI UHD2, AI Erase 3.02, and AI Colour Adjustment.

The Vivo V70 FE comes in two colours-- Northern Lights Purple and Monsoon Blue. It is available in three options-- 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage-- for Rs 37,999, Rs 40,999, and Rs 44,999, respectively.
