Tulu film ‘Deyee Baideti’, based on the story of Koti Chennayya, will hit the screens on February 15.
Addressing a press meet, film director Suryodaya Perampalli said that it was an outstanding historical film with well-researched content by Dr Gananath Yekkar, Bannanje Babu Ameen, Damodhar Kalmadi and others. “The duration of the film is 2 hours 50 minutes. Sanjeev Poojary Herga and Kiran Hegde are the producers," said the director.
The music is by Bhaskar Rao and a singer from the district, Kalavati Dayanand, has lent her voice for the background music.
Actors Seetha Kote, Chetan Rai Mani, Soujanya Hegde, Amith Rao were present.
