Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on December 29 got sidetracked after witnessing a brawl between JD(U) workers and the police during his public address in Muzaffarpur district of Uttar Pradesh. “If you have a problem with societal improvement, then get out of here,” said the CM while expressing his distaste.
