Union Home Minister Amit Shah conducted an aerial survey of rain-affected areas in Uttarakhand on October 21. Incessant rains have wreaked havoc in Uttarakhand. At least 54 people have died due to rain-related incidents. Home Minister Shah will hold a review meeting and take stock of the flood situation.
