A youth from a remote village of Jammu and Kashmir, Waseem Ahmad Bhat cracked UPSC Civil Services Examination 2020 by securing 225th rank. He hails from the Dooru Shahabad area of the Anantnag district in South Kashmir. Waseem completed his studies at a government school in Dooru. People of the village are proud of Waseem Bhat’s accomplishment.
