Congress blames govt institutions wherever they are defeated: Pralhad Joshi

Union Minister for Parliamentary affairs, coal and mines Pralhad Joshi on Dec 11 slammed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi saying they blame government institution where they are defeated. Pralhad Joshi further said, “Why do you all take Rahul Gandhi seriously, all institutions are working well, if not how we (BJP) lost in Himachal Pradesh. Whenever they (Congress) is defeated they blame it on institutions (Election Commission). Maharashtra-Karnataka border issue is a settled matter and there is no need of interference by anyone at this position.”
