The Durga Puja festival began on October 11 with great zeal in the midst of Covid-19 protocols. Bishnupur Durga Puja Pandal in Guwahati was designed on the theme of Covid vaccine intending to encourage people to take precautions against coronavirus. “We're displaying measures to keep people safe from the coronavirus. SOPs are being followed. People can visit pandal before 9 pm according to guidelines,” the organiser said.
