The wreath-laying ceremony of five Assam Police personnel was held in Assam’s Silchar on July 27. Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma paid tribute to the policemen who lost their lives. Both the Chief Ministers of Assam and Mizoram seek Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s intervention to resolve the dispute.
