'Farmers' agitation to spread across nation if not looked into'

While addressing a press conference in Rajasthan on December 11, Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP) leader and Member of Parliament (MP) from Nagaur, Hanuman Beniwal spoke on farmers’ protest. Beniwal said, “I had sent Home Minister and Prime Minister a message on Twitter that they should listen to farmers.” “If agitation isn't looked into in time, it will spread across the country. I am ready to leave National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and MP post, if needed, for the respect of farmers,” he added.
