A fire broke out at the Central Bureau of Investigation headquarters in Delhi on July 08. According to CBI official, "Smoke emanating was due to short circuit in the generator in the CBI building. No fire and damage to properties were reported. After the smoke, an automatic sprinkler system was activated. The functioning of the office will be restored in some time."There is no report of major damage. Further investigation is underway.
