India reported 44,230 new Covid cases in the last 24 hours. 555 deaths were also reported in the same duration taking the overall toll to 4,23,217.
42,360 people recovered from the virus in that time. The active caseload in the country stood at 4,05,155. 45,60,33,754 crore vaccine doses have been administered across India so far.
