Former Bihar Chief Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav to appear before MLA Court in Palamu, Jharkhand in a case related to Model Code of Conduct violation in 2009. The Security arrangements have been strengthened outside the court ahead of his appearance.
