Centre’s responsibility to assist states in coal crisis: Rajasthan CM

Speaking on the reported shortage of coal supply, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that it is the central government’s responsibility to assist states as they are “troubled.” “It is the central government's responsibility to help to help the states.
