Delhi’s Naini Lake overflows due to heavy rainfall; normal life disrupted

Naini Lake in Delhi’s Model Town has been overflowing for the past few days due to heavy rain. Due to the overflowing of the lake, locals nearby are worried about snakes entering their homes. The iron barricades around the lake have also been submerged in floodwater. The Naini Lake is administered by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation.
