Teams from the Army and the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) arrived in the Madhya Pradesh district of Dhar on Saturday after an alarming rupture in the dam's wall on the Karam river. The Indian Air Force (IAF) has two helicopters on standby to handle any emergency situations.
