Hyderabadi becomes India's first 3-foot-tall man to obtain driving licence

Gattipally Shivpal, of Hyderabad, has become the first three-foot-tall man in the country to obtain a driver's licence. The 42-year-old man overcame several challenges to legally drive a car.
