Paralympic Committee of India President Deepa Malik on August 29 congratulated table tennis player Bhavina Patel for wining a historic silver medal at Tokyo Paralympics. "The way she has played the competition, it has absolutely stunned the opponents. Congratulations to Bhavina and we are very happy," said Malik. Bhavina won silver as she lost the gold medal match to China's Zhou Ying 3-0 in the women's singles - Class 4 today.
