Chief Minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik on September 04 spoke to Indian ace shuttler Pramod Bhagat and congratulated him for clinching a gold medal at Tokyo Paralympics. “Can't congratulate you enough, we're so proud of you. You made the Indian flag go up and national anthem heard at the paralympics. Looking forward to seeing you,” said CM Patnaik. Bhagat defeated Great Britain's Daniel Bethell by 2-0 in the men's singles SL3 -- final match at Yoyogi National Stadium on Saturday.
