178 Palestinians killed in Israeli strikes in Gaza since truce expired on Friday

The health ministry in the Gaza Strip said on Friday that 178 Palestinians were killed and 589 were injured in Israeli strikes on Gaza since a week-long truce expired in the early hours of Friday and the war resumed.
