The budget coming in October will be painful: UK PM Keir Starmer

London: British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said on Tuesday that his government's first budget in October would be painful.

"There is a budget coming in October and it's going to be painful. We have no other choice given the situation that we are in," he said.
