South Korea to consult with US on 'balance' in trade after ruling against Trump tariffs

In televised ⁠remarks, industry minister did not specify ‌what ‌actions if any South ‌Korea will ‌take regarding the 15 per cent tariffs imposed by ⁠US President ⁠Donald Trump, whose broad import duties against trading partners have been overturned ​by the US ​Supreme ​Court.

South Korea will continue to consult ⁠with the US ⁠to maintain ‌a "balance of ​interests" between the two countries that was established ​by an ⁠earlier tariff deal, its industry minister said on ⁠Monday ‌in a meeting with the business ‌community.
