Israeli Prime Minister visited Nariman House in Colaba, which was one of the places under seige during the 2008 terrorist attacks, on Thursday.

With Baby Moshe and his nanny Sandra Samuel by his side, Netanyahu on  Thursday  launched plans for a Living Memorial at the Nariman House.

Moshe's parents Gavriel and Rivka Holtzberg, who ran the Nariman (Chabad) House for the Chabad-Lubavitch, an Orthodox Jewish movement, were killed during the fidayeen attacks.

Moshe was two and was snatched from the jaws of death by Sandra, who now stays in Israel having been given honorary citizenship.

At a solemn event held at the Nariman House, Netanyahu constantly spoke to Moshe, now 11, and was seen constantly with his arms around Moshe. He was also seen speaking to Sandra.

Moshe's grandparents, both maternal and paternal, and his uncle, Moshe Holtzberg, were also present.

Rabbi Israel Kozlovsky, his wife Chaya, the present co-directors of the Chabad House, received Netanyahu and other dignitaries.
