A video by the Dallas Zoo's YouTube channel, that shows a gorilla splashing and dancing in a tub, has gone viral.
The video shows the gorilla, a silverback named Zola, splashing and dancing in the pool, termed an off-habitat swimming pool enrichment session.
According to the Dallas Zoo, Enrichment helps enhance the environment and lives of animals, like Zola, by providing them with mental and physical stimulation to increase natural behaviors and can take many forms.
Ever since the video went viral, many people have made their own take to it. Most commonly seen, however, is a version in which Zola dances while the song 'Maniac' plays in the background.
