BSE raises Rs 373 cr from anchor investors

 The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has raised Rs 373 crore through an anchor allotment of 46.28 lakh shares at Rs 806 per share.

Some of the major anchor investors included Capital World (18.77%), ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (11.90%), Goldman Sachs Asset Management (6.97%), HDFC Mutual Fund (5.3%), Reliance Capital Trustee Company (5.3%), Kuwait Investment Authority Fund 224 (4.83%), FIL Investment Mauritius (4.83%), DSP Blackrock Alternative Investment Fund (3.94%), Birla Sun Life Trustee Company (3.94%), and SBI Mutual Fund (4.31%).

The BSE will be hitting the capital markets with an IPO to raise Rs 1,243 crore at the upper end of the price band. The issue opens on January 23 and closes on January 25, and has a price band of Rs 805 to Rs 806 per share.
