The Information and Broadcasting (I&B) Ministry has reconstituted a committee for selection of films for the upcoming International Film Festival of India (IFFI) to be held in Goa from November 20.
Bollywood filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri has been appointed as the convenor of the 40-member film preview committee, according to a press communique issued by the Ministry on Monday evening.
Actress Gautami Tadimalla, Jeevitha Rajasekhar, Parvathi Menon were made members of the committee among others.
The preview committee has been reconstituted even as the previous had reviewed over 150 films in the first phase of the screening process in July.
Last week, the Ministry reconstituted the steering committee and technical committee for the IFFI 2017.
