BJP National President Amit Shah who is on a poll campaign tour of the Karnataka coast, visited the Udupi Sri Krishna mutt on Wednesday and had a darshan of the deity.
Shah had a darshan of the deity through the 'Kanakana kindi' (through which the famed poet-saint Kanakadasa had first seen the deity centuries ago).
