The two women from West Bengal were rescued from Hotel Museum Inn on Museum Road on Tuesday.
Police have also arrested Roshan Lal (40) from Haryana in connection with the crime. Two others, Nagesh and Pankaj, are absconding. The police have recovered two mobile phones and Rs 4,000 from Lal.
The girls were being lured from West Bengal on the promise of procuring jobs for them. Once they were brought to the city, they were forced into prostitution, police said.
