This Navaratri, ‘Mast Kalandar’ is all set to help you break your fast in style with its delicious spread.
There are two special traditional thalis available for the season — Utsav Maha Thali and Vrat Maha Thali. The traditional Vrat Ki Maha Thali has been specially created keeping the traditional restrictions and religious norms for the vrat in mind.
The key ingredients used to prepare this thali are sendha namak and kuttu atta and makahana seeds. It will be available on all the vrat days and includes lip-smacking dishes like aloo ki subzee, paneer ki subzee, kuttu ki puris, kutte ki pakori, nariyal ka ladoo, makhane ki kheer, raita, ‘salad and chutney’.
For others, there is Utsav Maha Thali, which consists of 12 distinctive dishes from UP and Central India. This scrumptious thali’ consists of delicacies like shahi kofta, pindi chole, aloo gobhi, shaker para, gulab jamun, rasmalai’etc. Thalis’ will be served for lunch and dinner at all ‘Mast Kalandar’ outlets.
