Century Club will appeal against the Karnataka Information Commission's decision to declare it a public authority under the RTI Act, 2005. It may approach the Central Information Commission for relief.
S P Rakshit, president, Century Club, said: "I respect the judgement, but Century Club is not built on land donated by the government. We have documents to prove the land belongs to the club. We will appeal against the judgement."
