Pascal Mazurier, accused of sexually abusing and raping his daughter, on Saturday, demanded a speedy trial of his case so that he can be reunited with his three children.

Briefing reporters on the occasion of Father’s Day, he said he was not demanding custody of the child, but  rights, allowing him to talk and play with his children.

French Counsels — Pierre Olive Sur and  Clemence Witt — said they were considering seeking the rights to visit the other two children, excluding the alleged victim.

They conceded they could not seek visitation rights to the young daughter, the alleged victim of sexual abuse.
