A 33-foot monolithic red stone statue of Sri Abhaya Anjaneyaswamy

A 33-foot monolithic red stone statue of Sri Abhaya Anjaneyaswamy will be sent from Bidadi to Mantralayam on April 1 at 3.30 pm.

The statue, sculpted in 18 months, will be flagged off by Sri Vishwesha Teertha Swami of Pejawar mutt, Udupi, and Sri Subudhendra Teertha Swami of the Mantralayam mutt.

The statue will be transported from the Shilpi Kala Kendra, 2 km from the Bidadi bus stand, towards Mysuru on the Bengaluru-Mysuru Road. It will be transported on an 88-wheel trailer, and will be installed at the entrance of Mantralayam.
