Special train from Kamakhya to Bengaluru

The Indian Railways has introduced a Suvidha special train between Kamakhya and Bengaluru keeping in mind the heavy rush of passengers on the route. The weekly train will start its operation from Tuesday which will continue up to August 21.

“Keeping in mind the positive response and feedback from rail users and also to provide a comfortable journey to passengers by avoiding rush in regular trains, Indian Railways has decided to run a Suvidha special train between Kamakhya and Bengaluru,” an East Coast Railways press release said.

The train will leave Kamakhya at 8.30 pm every Tuesday and will reach Bengaluru Cantonment at 9.15 pm every Thursday.

In the return direction, the train will leave Bengaluru at 10.15 am every Friday and will arrive in Kamakhya at 11.20 am on Sunday.
