A 28-year-old man from Odisha died on the spot after being hit by a train between Whitefield and Devanagonthi railway stations on Saturday.
Gulshan Kumar, of Kadugodi, apparently failed to notice the train while trying to cross the railway tracks. Kumar was working at a private firm in the city.
