DRDO drone crashes in farmer's land near Nayakanahatti

The drone crash landed in an agricultural field belonging to farmer Bangarappa in Doremandalahatti.

A drone (with camera) flown by Defense Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) for surveillance, crashed in an agricultural field near Nayakanahatti, Chitradurga district on Wednesday.  

The drone was launched to keep a watch on the outer perimeter of the  Chitradurga Aeronautical Test Range (CATR), a DRDO owned and run centre for research and development, at Kudapura.  

The drone crash landed in an agricultural field belonging to farmer Bangarappa in Doremandalahatti.    

Nayakanahatti police inspected the spot.
