Parisara, a rural development organisation, in association with Karnataka State Pollution Control Board, forest department and youth services and sports department has organised eco-walk from B Balaiah Biodiversity Park in Srirangapatna to Karigatta to mark World Forest Day and World Water Day on March 22.
According to a press note from Mangala Yogish of Parisara, the participants will be introduced to various plants and trees and biodiversity during trekking to be undertaken at Karigatta at the camp that would start at 6 am. The camp would be held for 100 persons and those interested may call 9844769755 for registration.
