Special Public Prosecutor Bhavani Singh concluded his argument on Friday before the special bench of the Karnataka High Court which is hearing criminal appeals by former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalitha and her three aides against their conviction in the disproportionate assets case. 

Appearing for Jayalalitha, former Additional Solicitor General L Nageshwara Rao said he would file written arguments on Tuesday. BJP leader Subramanian Swamy is expected to file his written statements a day before. 

The case is being heard by Justice C R Kumaraswamy who adjourned the matter until Monday. Hearing on the appeals began in January 2015 and has to conclude by April 18, 2015, as per a direction of the Supreme Court.
