Ashton Kutcher gets name removed from sex tape

Vivid Entertainment had named Kutcher in their forthcoming adult video featuring Britnney Jones, who had earlier claimed to have had an affair with the actor who is married to Demi Moore.

At first, Vivid boss Steve Hirsch dismissed the actor's complaint as "without merit". But after a number of legal exchanges, Kutcher has managed to get his name removed from the sex tape, reported TMZ.

"We decided not to use the A-lister's actual name in connection with the sex tape," said a Vivid spokesperson.

They promoted a sex tape featuring the blonde with the tag line, "Ashton's fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced".

The 32-year-old actor then decided to sue the company.

The 21-year-old blonde had claimed to have had sex with the 'Just Married' actor in the marital home he shares with Moore.
